Terms of use
What is this Terms of Use document about?
Terms of Use - an official agreement between the right owner of Symvault and the user of the service and the related products, including but not limited to the app itself and the official website. This text, together with all its paragraphs and mentioned terms, governs the issues regarding service providing, regulates lawful relationships between two sides and their representatives in order to prevent misunderstanding and avoid undesirable law disputes. The app owner, as well as the user, guarantee following the prescribed terms without exceptions.
Main terms of service
Only the document’s version placed on the current web page is fully legitimate. Any text version can be amended by the owner or his official representatives in order to provide the user with relevant and actual terms of use, for example after the service modification or update. The owner of Symvault doesn’t have to notify the user directly or warn in advance about upcoming changes.
The whole service, as well as its parts, may be denied at the app owner’s sole discretion. E.g., if the user commits an action from the list of prohibitions, violates the owner’s rights and destroys or harms his physical or intellectual property. Noticed illegal usage is also a reason for immediate service denial.
The service we provide lets the user store images. The owner of Symvault isn’t responsible for the user’s content, its lawfulness, possible potential harmfulness for other people, etc. We can’t access or view such materials, as well as track their legitimacy.
Actions, which are strictly forbidden:
- Destroying the application or affecting its workability in any technical or physical ways.
- Modifying the program, its source code or parts. The same goes for all the other parts and elements of our service, e.g. this website.
- Committing potentially harmful actions related to the program or service.
- Creating, using or sharing the copy of Symvault or separate elements, which are a part of our property.
- Extracting the source code or interacting with it.
- Violating the terms, app owner’s rights, etc.
All the situations listed above lead to law disputes, so the user is highly recommended taking all the measures to avoid committing these actions wittingly or accidentally. Otherwise, the owner of Symvault reserves the right to deny service without warning and/or refer to the competent authority to solve the problem legally.
All the additional information regarding terms of service and service providing itself may be received from the app owner after the user’s request, unless it is mentioned in this document. All the contacts for getting in touch with the app owner or other representatives may be found on this website.
